haha I remember taking the SOM quest for my Knight, but cant use it (-_-;

There's lotta stuff on the the HK official website that hasn't been out for awhile. Look at the cursed/fated boots, that's been a rumor for months. I still have yet to see it hit our server.

Personally, I've never liked the Spotlights/articles that are written like stories. And there's no real way to tell who will have a castle and for how long. That depends on the players. I think there should be some sort of requirement to get a Spotlight, but I can't imagine what it should/would be.

#6 shinObi Well, I live in Houston, and I have never seen any kind of commercial for Lineage.... The only advertisements I ever hear about have been the ones that Amer and group tell us about by making it a news item on LC. hehe :) "If you go to Such-and-such a magazine, and turn to page 43, down under the 3rd paragraph, there's a little article about Lineage. check it out!" hehe.. Yes....... ADVERTISING.... is an interesting idea... but honestly.. how would you sell Lineage to today's videogaming industry? People have to be willing to accept poor, 2D graphics. Somehow I can't visualize a commercial that could pull off a successful sale to a random viewer. Word of mouth will probably continue to be the best advertising.
Speaking of marketing...Amer, didn't you guys get some kind of numbers about how many people had changed from Ken & Dep to LOA, and how many people on LOA were first-time customers? Maybe NC should be doing some polling of its new customers about how they heard about lineage? It sure wasn't MTV. hehe *sleep*
