its silver also...
double dmg on undead...
its perfect weap for me.. since my knight hunts 4f/5f over and over... clean 4fdvc then go down 5f till my pots are out then do it again...

They will have a small percentage chance probably 2-5% to cast a spell that will look like a mage's spell seeing as they can't really get new graphics unless they receive them from the Korean servers. The direct damage is just that, it will inflict the damage directly to that mob or mobs depending if it's an AoE attack. Whereas a DoT would inflict the damage over a set period of time. Direct damage means, that once the weapon "procs" the special ability, the damage is inflicted. So yeah it could be a d6, d12, whatever type roll.
It's a good idea to learn your EQ terms as well. ^^

o.o i hope its like in d&d with these new weapons, dealing an extra d6 or d12 of shock dmg or something of the sorts. but the way the describe them.. it sounds like they will look pretty but do nothing :\

First of all we know nothing about what this scroll does, ie it may only be a pine wand in scroll form or it might allow someone to summon a single mop. Indeed it may never see the light of day on any live server. Personally as a knight I'd much rather have more combat type skills/spells than some creature I'd have to heal.
#28 Death Blade does suck, just like the lvl 50 mage quest shield. If the shield were a helm that went +6 safe w/ +100 mps it'd be nice. Death blade is a joke as it is now, tsu deals same damage against small (more against large) and since there is only 1 small mop that can damage swords, dama is better in that respect.
