*sigh* (just to start off) one day i was sitting at a restarant with my friends and discussing lineage (as ussual) and one of my friends thinks that knights should be able to own anything and anyone. I believe that is very unfair. As soon as the dex ac came out knights started to complain that elves have higher ac than them so soft ac came out. Knights started to own. Now take a look at the amount of lvl 52+ knights and the amounts of 52+elves, mages and princes. Elves, princes and mages added together is still just a small fraction of the amount of knights. I hope some people remember the days when elves could be knight in melee. I want those days back. I love playing a con elf, and i see it pointless to play one. Why is NC making all those elven swords if elves dont use them cause they blow in melee. I also played a prince and i loved playing one. But it hurts when i see how weak the prince class is. And now going back to the procing of weapons. If knights get a weapon that procs. Every one should get one then, and yes i do agree that mages should get the SB if not the item should be taken out of the game. Some might say i am crying about old issues but u know lineage was in a way better the way it was long time ago atleast -48ac on an elf ment something.(sorry >.< i am a dep player but have a char on loa a con and dex elf)

heh, the item is on me permenant....thats awesome i think. if someone cancels me they can expect a asskicking =P, its overall weaker then my current weapon, but atleast i can finally wear my shield ^^....so if im chaotic and i die i cant drop my sceptar?

It's funny how some people are still arguing about knights getting screwed. I personally agree / prefer to trade soft ac for a possibility to use potion enhancement (braves for prince on dep/ken), regardless the price of it. I mean, that way you can CHOOSE to use it, or not if u can't afford it. It's always there to benefit you when you need it.
And I think whosoever said that 'why implimenting a melee weapon for the prince class when soft ac is still in effect' made a really intelligent comment.
As for the quest, it's an option not a must.
And the oj's costing 200a affects EVERYONE, not just the uber knights.

what you have to realize tho, is nc has previously told us in their vet questions that every +2 a weapon has adds an additional +1 to hit... therefore a +8~9sword already has an additional +4 to hit... now lineage loves to have 'hidden' features for items, and i'm sure that the class specific quest items will have at least a small 'hidden' bonus (or am i just being too hopeful?)... anyway, taking into account what a char is most likely using in order to complete such a difficult quest i highly doubt that these items will actually benefit anyone who successfully completes the quests unless it is possible to go past +7 on the weapon (perhaps if you blow them up, make it so you have to 're-complete' every preceeding quest in order to retake the level 50 quest o.o that should make things difficult enough and time consuming enough to keep most people from doing it more than once; yet still allowing improvement for those people who need such items to improve on what they have).

Theperv, Sayha's Bow was updated so that the magical arrows have better damage (although mithril arrows still do more). I'm betting this stuff can only be enchanted to +6 safely, or it would have been mentioned. The prince item is the best, but as its for princes only, I think we can safely ignore it for most of the time.
And yeah, I heard that in duels between level 56 vs 56 knights (both 18 dex) with 80 ac, +9mb will beat +8tsu/+9rap/+9kat.
