I doubt you can do the quest over when you blow your item.
The only one you get and the only one you may blow (unless you decide to make a lot of 50+ chars o.o).
Therefor I think it'll take a while (till someone quits probably) before we can see a weapon higher then +7 or the shield higher then +5...
So everyone who's saying like:
Well +9fire sword would be blah blah blah... no one gonna get +9 (soon o.-)

the knight with a +9death blade says its better than +9tsu......dont ask me any more coz i dont know but if he has one he should know better than any of u or me...
i think they shud hav magic attacks like that bume smache on LoA but not like m opinion matters :)

Umm, my prince char isnt lvl 50+, but I do use him to melee. Not gonna say where, but I lvl'd him from 40-45 in almost no time. And it seems that every lvl 50+ princess i see uses bapho/beleth morph and melee's to hunt. Never seen any of them shooting arrows after they hit 50. I find that if U hunt in the right places using the correct techniques soft AC isn't that much of a problem. Sure U can't hunt upper FV with no dogs and try to take Ifrit 1v1, but U can hunt FV, make money, and get great % if U know how. It seems to me that many of the Lin players never changed their play style after soft AC came in to the game. Ever heard of survival of the fittest? If U don't adapt to changing situations U either get left behind or U get end dai... Times are changin, U can either change with them or waste time talkin about the good ol days...

ChacarDragom, I dont mention princes because ive never fought a prince that was near my level so I have no experiance with that. Knights should own something but they dont. My level 49-50 mage and elf friends get drops over me all the time and beat me in duels often. Elves are very profecient at melee, my friends kirby and dragonfly are monsters when it comes to sword fighting. Im Lindvior on loa if you were wondering.
Mage magic... nerfed? Oh my god, my level 22 junk mage can paralize lvl 50+ elves. As for 20 int mages... lets just say 8x mr doesnt save me from their "nerfed" 1 hit kill spell called curse:paralize.
And damage... dear lord. On ken and dep, yes mages suck, but not on loa. Fire storm = mage gets all drops over my +9 katana at a drake spawn. Blizard devestates everything in death matches. Decay pot and silence make any other class venz or die.

they said the magic arrows are quite amazing
even though it is +7
before assuming how strong it is, best to test out the damage
I doubt we all use mith arrows to hunt 24/7 cuz it is a pain making mith arrows or getting mith arrows from DEs
this quest is optional....no one forcing u to do it......
u wanna bitch about the items.....?
finish the quest first....then bitch about it....

mages can own a knight on any server with ease
all a mage needs is 18 int base, int ammy, bomp, sos, wis pots and they're set to rape knights
like on elves, elven MR 75% is nothing to int mages hehe
elves r suppose to work together and kill from a distance and a con elf can melee if u want, just need a good weapon and ac
princes
well, they're screwed still lol
but all classes should be working together to kill those u want dead
that is teamwork
then again
most of u hate teamwork and like soloing for your own pride which has no meaning except to yourself

+7firebow=+8yumi only u get 1 more to hit so yes its a bad bow
valok not gonna be same like korean server just like our bosses not same str and boss on korea servers

I really don't think it's time to start getting angry about this quest yet. I'm sure NC will make changes for the better. One more thing, I've heard a lot of you guys say we probably can't do this quest on US servers, then why are we complaining about something we can't even do? This quest isn't all about the items, it's about having the challenge of completing it too.

Also i need to add.
My friend hit 50 on dep he is an elf some might know him. But just watch elves are going to get nurfed even more now cause after lvl 50 elves own but getting 50 is a pain. Nc killed con elf soon they are going to kill elf in the end. And if u go to test just see how many elves/mages/princes actually play the server and compare to the amount of knights
