From that pic I can venture to guess DE's can wear ECM, i-boots/gloves, and most normal armor items (probably not EC I am guessing). I wonder if DE's can wear bracer or p-g's...I hope they can wear p-g's because I think I will go 18 dex 16 str, so I would have 18 str/dex with p-g's ^_^.

I guess no SWL for DE's because BK's are aggressive to sosc'ed/restarted people in morph.
