If amer would be willing to share the php source files, I would be more than willing to host the site on my own server. I am confident I could handle the load (I get up to 30GB/month). I can't promise I would be able to update it much at all (hey thats what reporters are for ^^) but at least we would all have the stats to check as they exist today. If you save anythign to your computer now, it wont function (like the morph guide or the calculator) as the php code isn't in the file you download and save.
Well, amer if you catch this, I sent you an email. Hopefully you would be willing to share this great info to help the comunity in one last effort. And good luck in life. I know how some things can really tie up all your time. Have fun!!

Thanks Amer for the great website. I'm sure it will be greatly missed in the community. Also thanks to all the reporters and staff that made LC the best fansite!
I shudder at the thought I have to go to lineage.com news.....
Anyway, real life before Lineage is what I always say. Took me a while to get my priorities straight also but now things couldn't be any better. Hope things for you are better Amer, but hope to see you around the community also.

Amer.. you have people willing to donate large amounts of money from their own savings (in spitfire's case, $1000) just to keep this site alive. I know you've said money is not the issue... but still, this shows how much people love this site. As I've said on another post, LC is the heartbeat of Lineage.

I once thought LC was the offical Lineage website, surely Amer and LC are professional. They brought all the players together.
Definitely it is a lot of work and pressure, but you did an excellent job, Amer. Thank you for all you have done for us and for Lineage.
