Their con was capped at 15 because there were only 7 points to distrubute, now there are 10.

From the looks of it, DE's will now be able to make 18 con, but be weak in everything else...With this information, I would rather make a 18 str/18 dex DE than a con DE. Con DE's will have a lot of HP, but will have little power with swords because they don't get str or dex spells.

I could have sworn that the DE con cap was 15 (which meant it was pointless to put *any* points into con...). Maybe it's changed now, but I'll be putting all my points into dex/str anyway - killing as fast as possible is the way to spent less pots ^.^

Many ppl think Nc Usa should get full control of USA Servers, but I still think NC Korea knows better to run those servers than NC Usa QQ
My opinion...I dont think make easier server its the solution. Make it easy to start but keep the dificulty at the high lvl

but remember, u dont have the magic to boost str and dex like normal elfs got
btw i remember de s str was capped at 19 and this was just because u only had 7 points to add =)so maybe str 22 is possible
