Legolas so it has been reported that con less than 15 for a DE is all the same? If that is the case, then their HP will be equal to a normal elf with the same con.

that frozen cloud thought interests me. since someone above already pointed that it is a lvl 3 spell and we all know that you just have to go to gereng or whoever nowadays and buy it and learn it instantly.
i wonder what a lvl 3 spellbook sold for in the store, considering it shouldnt exist it had potential to be outrageous. ^^

Dex also has an effect on er, causing dex elves to have good er. Though, I do not think er is affected after 18 dex. I am not sure on that though.

make 19/18 str/dex the best + str ammy,and the belt for de +1 dex so ull have 20 str and 19 dex dark elfve o.o
