They increase spell durations because players using de were having trouble hunting with spells because mp regen is so slow with de, even with items.

So what if they are too good or crap. They will be changed and changed again.
If all else fails play another class.

whats going on (in my opinion of course) is that DE is designed as a vet class. They put these things in there because the first few levels will be absolute hell. yes they have hp items, but they arent born with them. you have to earn them. newbies wont be able to do this very well (for the most part, anyway) so it becomes kind of like elf. elves, if played right, can very well be best class in the game. (a knight with magic).
I think the way it seems to be going so far is, if oyu get past the hell of early levels as DE, and you get a nice set of items and whatnot, in the end you can be quite strong.

I didn't say that they are going to hire somebody that is 13. I was just pointing out that it is possible for somebody to meet all those requirements at a young age (except for the degree). Of course they won't hire a 13 year old, however, a person that is 18 or 19 could easily do that job.
I am betting that if you can prove yourself to be extremely good for the job, you would be able to get in without the degree though. If you do speak very good english, enough Korean to communicate, know the process of software development, and have above-average web design skills, go for it. It wouldn't be the first time a computer-oriented company has changed requirements to get someone that fits the position better than someone else.

The questions are indeed offered to the HoC mods, the staff also indicates which ones we're prepared to answer. However, I don't notice who's asking the questions.
We'll always be responsive to questions offered on our boards, and often time here. (The only questions I can specifically recall not accepting were Lineage 2 related questions, and thats because its a separate title and not the focus of the chat)
We also check the forums on this site from time to time, so if you've got some great questions, post 'em or send us an email.

remember...18 DEX !!! uncanny dodge!!! u dont need a shield
shadow fang and armor will be like enchant armor or enchant weapon current spells, so, it is not overpowered
remember also when mages were GODS...NC fixed that
if DE turns too powerful, NC will fix it also
