18 is adulthood with "training wheels" at least in america. cant drink, cant have a 17 yr old gf without going to jail for statutory rape. I consider it the beggining of "limbo" which you exit at 21.

Re: the timing of this. We posted that he hit 50 on 3/14. Today we just post more information. Sometimes it takes a while for us to post more, but we get the announcement up as fast as we know it. :)
