RedPegasuses is a neutral pledge. This means that if you want to fight you must leave.
This is the reason that Kannabis and some members left and create Paldo, and other member left and joined alliance or antialliance just for help siege ^^

it's impossible to prevent modified clients from accessing their servers. you can come up with elaborate schemes to try, and they may seem to work for a little while, but they will never work forever or completely
nc has always been doing about as much as they can do to fight hacks, and has done a good job overall.. i doubt they will be changing anything now, and if they did, it would only have a temporary effect on client hacks
this notification will probably only matter to those who skip the updater for fast start-up
