Listed below are two Customer Service announcements. Please read over the two
items:
Item 1: NCsoft within the US will not be processing Money Orders between the
25th of December 2002, and the 1st of January 2003.
Customers who are planning to renew the status of, or pay for, their account
during this time will need to send in their money orders early enough for NCsoft
to receive them prior to December 25th. Normal money order processing will
resume after the 1st of January 2003.
Item 2: Our RightNow web system will be intermittently unavailable beginning at
9:00pm Central time on December 6th for maintenance. This system controls the
NCsoft web-based Support Tool. The maintenance is expected to take approximately
2 hours to complete. During that time, players may still submit Customer Service
requests via our Support email address at support@lineage.com . Customer Service
will respond to your email inquiry after the maintenance system has finished.
