amer, the whole point of changing b2s is so that this spell becomes a secondary,not primary like how it is right now.
I think they want to make it so it has delay between b2s casts, but has no effect on casting other non-delay spells, but if there is a delay spell, then the delay will stack.
this gives non 50 elves water elves a lil breathing room, cuz now when u b2s, u have to wait 7 seconds to use nt, then wait another 7-10 seconds to do anything else, this new add-in lets u do nt right after a b2s, but the delay will still b there just stacked up.
so basically it's what silverslicer said, u can nb,b2s,then nb right the way, but has to wait 9 seconds to b2s again, during that time, u can do whatever non-delay spell u wish.

i have no clue where to look either, and dont tell me teh yellow pages cause i dont like those retarded looking yellow pages in a book call the yellow pages.
