1 B2S = 10 secs you can still attack during that 10 secs and change 50 hp to 20 mp
6 b2m = 10 sec you cant attack while casting and changes 30 hp to 12 mp

Dominius: Well, if many of the accounts are just expired, then that could be a good explanation. Personally, the thought that over 50 people were banned from Dep is not very satisfying.

b2s with 5 seconds delay was giving elves an unfair advantage.
they could regen faster then an overweight mage.
delay should have been 10 seconds from the beginning, not change it now after months of 5 second delay. changing it now shows that nc doesn't know what they are doing, and don't know how to test their game efficiently.
I'm sure all you elves complaining were the baby boomers of Ep 11. I went through most of lv 49 w/o tele to mother, or any other basic spells everyone takes for granted. before ep 11 elves couldn't cast dex or enchants because it would only last the first quarter of a hunt, then you'd have to btele back to mother tree, and regen at the slow rate that it use to be.
NC nerfed mages a lot harder than this one delay
edit: greater summon are walking 33% faster

LuckyStrike is my mage and is on an account that has expired, no ban there, and I bet that's the case for many of the others too if that is how you determined who was banned. Remeber, prince that has taken the alliance-quest can have MANY members, they don't need to boot people that is taking breaks for example.

Xiled, would you like to tell me what the cap is at? Because me being a newbie would like to know what it is. Its always nice to know this information. Expectially when according to Korea NCSoft their is no cap on income for a castle. We should send them a e-mail saying is bug on us server with a cap on income so it can get fixed.

Xiled maybe i will never be as strong as them. But I will always remember the month period when their DK's didnt hunt when I was on. The 3 times they tried to take FV castle from FL and give it to us so that we would stop attacking kent. I will aways remember those days. And I will always look down on paldo for that.
My list of nash is quite a bit larger. Most posibly that all these are just expired accounts but I doubt it. Most likely Most of them are 2/3rd characters of the stronger names.

And sam #26, as far as i am concerned, u are an idiot. This has nothing to do with the fact that u have had an elf since ep5. All it proves is that u are afraid to stand up for what is right. Nothing is to gain from this delay except for a bunch of unsatisfied customers. Will sp for mages be decreased?? Will heal spells be less effective?? Will knights swing slower?? If u gonna nerf one nerf them all.. why go 1/4 of the way. #19 what class are u?? If u are a knight, can we take away 3 damage pts from ur Tsu?? U can just suck it up, its not gonna kill u......
