Cancel is actually pretty useful in matches where they allow mgems. SOSC is relatively expensive, and DK characters without poly are just a bit stronger than non-dk. Useful for both Honor and DM games.
However, most games are titled "NO MGEM! - [DM/Honor]" (in korean)
If someone is caught using mgem (some make an exception for summon monster) the room creator usually kicks him for the next games. With such a small player pool for US servers, those who use mgems in no-mgem games will get bad reputations and will probably not be able to play many games -- not to mention the possibility of having angered players hunt them on live servers.

I sure hope they fix the client so it has 10 sec b2s delay too. Trying to water after ~9 sec and having to wait an extra 23 sec is quite annoying.
