i remember this command worked on korean test long time ago and was pulled.. i don't know about exp loss at the time but yeah you can dual in normal zone and actually is pretty cool for mages and elves since they have the freedom to walk away tactically. we all got too used to the idea of standing by doorway to have a dual but if you think about it.. its really lame. they only built that so people won't block doors.

Because some people believe that NCI is not doing a very good job of game administration. Frankly, they aren't. Just consider this:
The same bug was in with orange potions for a whole month, and sol made good use of it. None of them were "disciplined." They undeoubtedly made many millions (maybe tens? hundreds?) of adena off of this.
People were experimenting with this bug (no doubt keeping sol and their exploit of the oj bug in mind) and made (or so they claim) less than 1mil. They were banned immediately.
This shows inconsistency in NCI's treatment of customers. Did they have a recent policy change? I did not notice any in the ToS.
Regardless, that is why people like Chile1 decide to post such things. He believes that the unprofessional behavior of NCI should not deserve customers.

just to convince ppl to quit so u can call watch NCsoft go down the drain?
ppl still remain in the game cuz they enjoy playing lineage still
really....just wasting your time.....
duel system seems interesting
have to wait til it is here to determine how good it really is
