No 3d upgrade. Too many people spoke out agaisnt a 3d lineage. They did say that they would do a graphics upgrade though. Not to 3d but better 2d graphics or something.

that thing about the graphics still being in 2d sux reall bad, they should put 3d but with low resolution for the people who have slow computers

To b0ts:
NCSoft has changed their plan. Lineage Part II will NOT go into 3D or semi-3D. The 3D engine, however, will go to NCSoft's another game named AION. Lineage Part II will remain 2D with UI upgrade and many changes.

i thought ep.13 is the semi-3D gfx upgrade?
some of those look 2D still.
