I tend to agree with redpig re: usefulness on Ken. Mages really aren't that useful on Ken either =/

the more drops could be due to people hunting more
hunt more = higher spawn rate = higher rate of spawning mops with good drops
I thought I was gettng somes good drops too- _ -; but I guess I just hunted more than usual
and now the drop rate will b increased which means even better drops

I don't know why
but I would b disappointed at NC decide to let loa dark elves have more acs than other servers.
because then dark elf will b REALLY dominate knights and elves
the soft ac for mage is stupid, but it's NC's way of preventing str mages to dominate, soft ac for dark elves would b sensable, cuz they r already so strong......................

the darkelf is exactly the same as the theif/assasin class in RO, everything from the speed, low hp, critical hit, hide in coi spell
and by the posts above, I think a lot of lineage players do not know how strong a high lvl assasin is in RO, in RO, assasin right now is the most played class in the game, next to priests, which does heal and enchant, assasin's speed, atk speed, high damage makes up for the lack of hp
don't forget that dark elf has 40%? faster normal speed than all other classes, can use acceleration, that's almost double the speed of other un-hasted classes, I believe that dark elf would still b able to use swords like sls, or kat, but after a while, u would find that double handed weapons are way better bcuz the double hits, it's just the same in RO, assasins are able to use katars or swords,daggers,axes, or those combine for double hits
most assasins choose to use katars because with high agility(1 of the stats in RO) it causes more damage than double sword, and with high strenth, double swords would do more damage, I think those are the good things about RO.
this class is not set out to hunt bosses, it's not used to siege, it has a morph at lvl45, it's call assasin, which means they are assasins, make sense?
all I really see of this class are 2 types, str and dex, putting in con is a waste, because ur hp is not going to matter than much, it's more of doing damage to others that counts for this class.
it's going to b fun, but I don't see this being that useful in ken..............no offence tho.

I am happy with the ogre blood I just got as a drop :)
If NC wants to "force" more and better drops on me, so be it!

I could have sworn the drop event was on. I haven't gotten anything fantastic, but I've gotten about a weeks worth of m-gems in a matter of hours hunting in my normal spots.
