sounds like it should teleport u to the skies or something related to the new area (the area in the skies which that is what ep 13 is about from what I heard from ppl)
reusing those teleport runes
unless they increase the drop rate of 6F tele scolls
those runes would probably drop from ToI bosses or extremely rare but not as rare as rosc (which I don't think anyone has on US servers yet since barely anyone hunts ToI 24/7)
can't wait to see more gifs of the ep 13 mops.....^_^
