With the claws and shuriken items - it certainly appears that they have "borrowed" a bit of stuff from DII - LoD. That having been said, it would appear that the ??? item might be a Circlet (helmet) type item.
New class? Well, again, since they appear to be borrowing from DII - LoD, an Assassin might wear a cape (dark & mysterious type) and so could fit the picture outline we've seen so far.
