No I don't get the house owning pledge data either - If it's 1.00 = 100% then why do the lowest servers on the list have over 100%.
If it's actually percentage (1.00 = 1.00%) then there are very few pledges owning a house... but then the korean servers are very very full.

No.. that means that 0.x% or 0.00XX or X number of pledge that own a house out of every 1000 pledges.
The data ain't that hard to understand....
The low number of 50+ member pledges reflects the prince/ss that either have 25 cha or at least lvl 50 with 3x cha.
I don't think that number includes alliances.

man here i thought phil was coming off as a total jackass until i saw most of the replies. Ama maybe you should explain that data differently, ppl can't seem to comprehend what they mean.

anyway..
the only data that doesnt look right there is the house owning population. you say they are xx% and yet, they are displayed in decimal form. remove that (%) or move the decimal to the right 2 places ^^

well when theirs a couple thousandpeople on each server hogging all the mops i'd think it'd be pretty hard to lvl up to 50.
