My elf on LoA got full law at lvl 24; my other elf on LoA got full law at lvl 25.
Now, it may still be that the law points on LoA are less than Ken/Dep, I really don't know, but if you want to get full law that can easily be done by your mid-20's in levels.
(TI dungeon 1f and MLC 1f are two great spots to build up law fast.)

This is planned for the Korean Test Servers at this time. It'll come to the US servers at a later date (after the bulk of testing and time for localizations)

oh forgot, others have asked why only LoA has mops that drop the tele to bp house scrolls?
Its bad enought that on LoA that the law pts are like 1/2 of what u get on Ken server...but I would thnk that what ever is added to one server would also be added to all others...meaning that LoA should be allowed to level at the same rate as the other servers are allowed to do. :)
It only seems more fair.
A elf can be full law at lvl 27 on ken, but a elf on loa, at lvl 27 has only about 1/2 of that....makes it more frustrating to play there. If didnt know better its like they didnt want us to play on LoA ??

What i want to know is:
The new rings : Ruby and Emerald, do they have tele to partner in game charges also, and how many charges on those rings if they do?
I assume that the plain gold and silver dont have any tele on them, but other inquiring minds want to know :)
(As i cant find any imfo on this subject as to if they do or don't :( )
