You're right, they use 2 claws and blades, but it hits 2 times instead of 1 o.O
If the #3 stones are hard to make, I think spending 50k on Damascus Claws would be easier imo

Great that Blind Hiding is nothing compared to Invisibility Spell or COI, but it's expected seeing that's it can be learned at lvl 15. Still somewhat useful hiding from people o.O

It will change as amateras stated, it's currently on korean test and since it's wiped pretty often, this increase in coi, tsu wouldn't hurt korean test economy. However, this is a different story for live servers....
