It doesnt cast disease. It randomly does a special hit that does more damage to the target but it looks like disease. Just like the bume shamche doesnt really do meteor strike. I hear lizard men drop it. This weapon sucks. Way to help the knight class out capt. Give them a weapon they will never use.

#7 He means that you should use it til it casts disease then switch to your main weapon to finish them off.

I don't know why lots of people say LOA is a noob server.........
Altho its new etc.... at least its a real server which don't wipes
and not crazy drops on test but test is still fun...
If you think LOA is a noob server..then try to get normal items
+8tsu,base-65ac its pretty basic and go level up to LEVEL52
if u think its a noob server then do it! =.=
And about +9ib....ya congratz..pretty nice u got guts =.=
and who say hes not rich? >.< 9ib worth 100-120m he can quit for couple of months and comes on lineage and still be rich.

Hmm... this sword is only useful for bosses or very hard mops.
Since for hunting you can better use kat/rap/tsu still...
So that's why I think it should've more hitbonus =/
#4 What you mean with a First Strike?
It could take 15 hits b4 it finally casts it... most mops should be dead then o_o
Also I wonder, can this spell fail when cast? Guess so...?
