A: I thought it was a very nice story! Definitely an 8 or higher. :)
I did some research on the history of lineage (after all of this btw) on the lin2 site and the coming of magic is not really implemented there. So what I have written is an untold history :)

I agree with Squirrel. They should make the ring totally random, does something different each time you put it on. Then the price of the ring wouldn't be so cheap... Something for CaptSturm to think about, if he ever read these things.

Stats have changed so other possibilities arised:

As for shield use... Dark Elf-only weapons are all 2-handed, blades, claws, xbow's, stings... and there is no information on a Dark Elf shield, so it was thought that they can't use a shield.
But I question that now as they can use 1-handed weapons, swords, daggers. But I actually dont know for sure... havent seen any ss of DE with shield.

ya they did change it.... i wrote the report the first day ebon made the sword but today it finally was posted......they did change the look of the spell tho.
