They have reported from the Korean Test Server that the hp gains for a DE are the same regardless of what the con was placed at (i.e. 8-15 was the only available range).

I thoguh you meant they reported it from Korea. I go back to what I said earlier. Thats true for EXISTING classes. Until we have confirmation that it is the same for DE, we just don't know. CON is very class specific (along with WIS and CHA). What if the "breaking point" for a DE is 13?

Tissot and Daiju call me stupid and so, but its no problem I just gave my point. He shares information? It seems to my only its only his opinion, he said what he thought, I did same, but I am stupid and foolish for doing that. I think articles its what gives information and because of that I do comment it and reply to others posts. Am I wrong for doing that? I dont insulted anybody but if I hurt someones pride/ego, come on, Im sorry.

DE Str aint caped u can alrdy see them on the char creation screen but the stats aint been changed to match this post...
