You really don't get it, do you? STR is 12 and you have 10 points to distribute. Of couese we all want to set STR to 20 (means 8 points to it), but it is capped at 18. Now wake up.
And for others, Yes, STR was capped at 19 in pre-Ep.13 client build but NCSoft has changed it to 18 since Build 30702.

I was saying that people wont have tele home scrolls. All i was saying is that if you die on one of the higher lvls you aint getting back there so you might as well restart in a town. Agreed on you starting on one of the x6 floors. That would be a good thing, better than this one.

you can tele home from tower when you restart, and if your dumb enough not to bring a tele home scroll on your hunts, simply exit and moon the nearst giant.
i think that if you die in tower, you should be taken to the nearest x6 floor below you (or maybe (x-1)6 floor, if ya know what i mean)

people if you are on floor 28 and die you go to the 1st floor. How do you think that you are going to get back up there? use another rune? umm yea if you are super rich. So i am thinking if i die on floor 28 i rather restart in a town cause I aint gonna get back up there.
