Episode 10 arrives in Korea

Episode 10 is being released to LIVE Korean servers in about 7 hours.

Here is a list of some of the highlights: (this list may not be complete, but everything posted here is a translation from the official Korean Lineage homepage.)

New land!
New items: Eviilvin, in the Dwarf Fortress, makes Tsurugi and the Dragon Scale Mails.
Valakas, the new fire dragon, lives in the new volcano caves.
New monsters.
Princes can rent Giran arena.
You cannot exchange tickets or keys inside the inn or arena.
No more dungeon bookmarking. All existing dungeon bookmarks will be deleted.
Antharas and Fafurion are back.
Elves will regen mp faster around the mother trees.
Heal all now includes your mops.
Baphomet will appear as he teleports everyone, including people around him.
Some text updates.

If you read this, help us out. When is at least the U.S. Test servers supposed to recieve the update? Common now, everyone wants to know!

well my guess is after i go live on korean servers, they start or have startet to translate it to US.

but my guess is it isnt that simple, EG. US database is different from korean database's, in the way like we have green/blue/red names for the monsters lvl and so on and so on.

must be quite a work to make it work, and it MUST work 1st try.. failure is not toleratet... T_T

What do you mean failure is not tolerated? They've released plenty of messed up patches that have bugs all over it. Anyone remember the incident with dogs and people going to hell? It took them how many days to figure out that we didn't want it...and how many more till they finally got rid of it? And if the US and Korean servers are so different, why the heck are we waiting for them in order to do update? If they are that different, seperate them completely and have them update individually. But who am I kidding? Not like I'm being heard.

I aggree with KnightSpirt ^^
They should leave the dungeons or else now you would have to work your way even more harder to the lower lvl or have to use a coi to get to where you want to be without the use of a lot of potions if you know what i mean...

Or does he teleport everyone on lvl 2 ti to his room?

Probably means that when everyone in ti 2f gets teleported to the begining, then he has showed up in his room and is waiting for his death messenger ^.-

I don't find it to be THAT bad. I remember people complaining about how those people killed Antharus so easily. Now you complain when they think of a viable alternative to the problem?
What would make you happy?
How hard is it to walk down 4 or 5 levels?

Um, about that topic no longer being able to bookmark in dungeons. Bookmark the entrance to it on the outside, at the door leading in. That way you don't have to do all that walking through dv, I mean, come on, there are ways around everything for the most part. So no inside bookmarks, just do the closes you can. You can even do it now before the wipe the bookmarks, that way instead of going down future, just walk up, step outside and bookmark. Its amazing now-a-days how ignorant some people can get. Thinking about the bad and not about a solution. Come on, for all you Americans out there we do this everyday, I would of thought that someone before me, mine being the 19 post would have the solution already. Just pointing out the obvious.

This is good, coi price might stay decent even if ant queen drops a lot. Plus this means less boss camping, and perhaps they will increase drops in caves so people will have a reason to go far deep down into them.

one mroe thing Nc points is trying to make us harder to the dragons you people. Thast there point!!! They won't let u play his game with little challenge Nc wants to make some challenge so we won't be able to leave the game that easily!!!

Remember dead dragon = team effort
They want to encourage massive ammounts of people to go end the dragons.
This includes the walk down there.
I agree with QueenNina about bookmarking outside, and live with it once it comes cuz no matter how much whining and crying from you people, they won't change it. hmpf

Well, I am not a whiner, but for people that like to *hunt* DVC 6f this means:

1. You have to have a COI pretty much.
2. You got one hell of a long walk.
3. You have to go through 5f.

So why guys are saying what we will have to do, I will still miss being able to TP right up to there.

Well, at least they are deleting all the existing bookmarks. I remember when they used to make it so when you couldn't bookmark something the people with bookmarks got to keep theirs. That was pretty cheap, people rotc right to bapho ^^

I don't get why they add 2-3 towns or something and tons more land. The korean servers are totally crowded and just the new place isn't enough. You'd think they would make more towns and more hunting spots, but instead they make a little tiny addition to the game. Hopefully enough people will move on to Weldern so that it will be a little less crowded. I personally wish I could have a direct contact with NCsoft so I can tell them where they need to make drops better (Orc Town, Giran Dungeon, others)

Heal All always included your mops, when you were in pledge. I think this makes it so it includes all dogs, monsters and players. WOW that is pretty cheap heal spell there.
The only problem I see , is that we are riding the wake of Korean developments. We are nothing more than 2nd string quarterbacks, on some has been team (kinda of like Dallas Cowboys). We have had no input into any developments coming from korea, nor have we gotten any of the good stuff.
Bah! it would have been better to add Al Gore or Jesse Jackson , at least then NCsoft would have made some money by illegal donations.
They been deleting bookmarks for a while now , some of us haven't noticed some of us have. Its not a big deal , Dvc isn't that tough , just grab a few friends , slash and hack your way down there. The problem is everyone wants to solo , and you are just gonna have to bite the bullet.
I think Eviilvin will be broken like the iron guy for some time , then magically fixed. What is gonna be fun is to be a PK elf , or check to see if mages are affected by the regen rate.
*Shrugs* NC should get the webmasters , and give them some kinda of account so they can create events. NC interaction with us is 0 , the Lord British event was failure. They did not even add the Silver Necklace guy to Skt til around Christmas , and put him so far out in the forest nobody but Test Server people could find him. And what is the deal with the minions?

Now we have to print out caves maps in order to go, or unless you remembers them. (most of you should already remembers it, only if you have been hunting down there for so long). The bad thing is that, you will waste all your potions before entering dvc 5f-6f for queen, and had to tp back. That dosen't make any sense to me at all.
