Dark Mage
Earthsiege02 discovered a new mop on the US Test server last night in Singing Island. It's called a Dark Mage and looks exactly like Dupelgenon and Baltuzar. No idea on any specifics about this thing, as it is not on any monster guides I have seen (as of right now).

Ok, I have discovered that it drops b-tele scrolls and 35-65 adena. Also, when you use magic around it, it turns aggressive towards you. He is not very hard, he does the call lightning spell on you, but it only takes away 6-12hp. I suggest fighting him with a dog. Also, there are only 2 of these and they spawn hourly (someone check on this).

he is fairly weak, do not approach him until at least level 6!

I asked Leilo and she said it's meant to be a boss for the lower level players. She wouldn't give me the stats on it because she says that takes out all the fun of discovering by yourself. It also, does not drop b-tele everytime, just most of the time.
