Now I didnt read anywhere that DE can only use Dark items? Can DE's use any of the normal items like PG's ammy's armmor's etc etc??

1st of all, when you say "statistically guarantee " there really is no guarantee because its like playing the slots and trying to win the jackpot; each time you pull it you have the same chances (1:1000000 or something) so no matter how much money you put in, each time is exactly the same odds. And Foo's example proves this. You could end up with 10 +9 weapons or none, both are very unlikely but certainly not impossible.
And I'm not stalking you Mort, I'm just admiring your god-like body.

Christ, I hope none of you are math majors. If you are, you had better either drop school or drown yourself. I only say drown because it's the first method of ending yourself that comes to mind. Look, statistics may = magic to many of you, but I ASSURE you that it is PURE math. I have SPECIFICALLY asked CaptSturm to his face if any such thing as "lucky characters" exists and he assures me that they do not. Math does not lie. It does not have mood swings. It does not like you one day and then ditch you for the hot blonde it hooked up with on spring break the next.
If you make seventeen hundred... thousand... million +9 kats in a row, math is behind it. Albeit that won't happen for another trillion years, but it is mathematically guaranteed to happen sooner or later.
What a "statistical guarantee" MEANS is that the theoretical probability of such an event transpiring is 100%. Now it may happen or it may not, but assuming you go through that same number of test cases an infinite number of times, the ratio will approach the theoretical probability.
In response to Morticaelover, no. That is only thing purely guaranteed by math.
But could it be creepier to have stalkers on LinComp? I'm not sure... only time will tell.
