Well i guess..its all said and done Corps is 60..wonder who will be first to 65.. i put my 50cents on WhiteHand..my nicca... but thats me i'm rooten for the undadog... soon he will have this game on lock.. and lay the smack down..Ok corps maybe 60 but is the knight even worthy of battle? i mean does the equipment even up there with the Greats? if i had another $0.50 i'm willin to bet it ain't...

All networks do require maintenance. Agree completely. The problem is that NC must develop a way to let us know properly, or just shut it down until it is fixed.
Routing tables should not be the issue here. Most of the top end Cisco's can handle any of this type of setup and certainly could redirect you to a differnt machine or route out if need be. I would hope that NC has at least 2 pipes coming in from different ISP's into different ends of the room by differnet raceways so no one line out would take this down. And I know there are some pretty spiffy Juniper stuff out there that can be setup for true redundancy. The question comes into play, just what is this game worth to them. Their ISP should not be a problem. If it is, they should be talking to a tier-1 or tier-2 provider to get some backup into the systems. This is not just a mom and pop web page anymore but something that generates money and alot of people use. Their techs should be given the necessary money, equipment and training to minimize these issues.

all networks require maintenace, most companies are just better at handling it. And yes most networks have some type of storage device attached to them. There is this thing called a routing table, that gateway devices need to keep. Otherwise they'd have to look up adresses and routes for every single packet that gets sent. Now the working version of that table is in fast RAM, but it is also sent to permenant storage as well.
the problem is the lack of redunacy. If you turn off one device, you should be able to redirect the traffic to a different device. Traffic would be slower, but not stopped.

1 ac is better for hunts then 20hp more, atleast i think it is.
And the glove for elf..it doesnt give any hit/str/dex or ac so the glove sux more than the belt for knight, thats just my idea tho

Congrats, Eolee. Acomplishement its not only for the amount of time, its for how u spend the time too, dont believe this game is only lvling, if was that server would have 20-30 ppl max.

NO WARNINGS, i was trying to sell stuff all morning so i really was looking chat windows. Anyway if u chat off, gm messages show in ur screen and dont scroll up cuz on morning nobody talks so, dont talk shit, they gave no warning today. For me its just excuse, even when i dont died, dont try to to play with players, we are not that dumb, we still not watched that many tv to have our brain so burnt off.
