During the server reset, we will be completing restoration of items/dogs lost during the service interruption of Friday, April 4th. In addition to replacing items, we will be restoring experience lost to those who died as a direct result of the service interruption. We have resolved the issues surrounding experience restoration and will begin replacing experience in specific circumstances in the future. Experience replacement will be limited to circumstances that cause a serious service interruption outside of our scheduled ‘at risk’ play periods. Significant outages are defined as those that cause a large number of disconnects due directly to interruption of our ISP or a server crash. In the event of those situations, we will be replacing experience lost due to deaths as a direct result of the interruption – in addition to the items we currently replace. Due to technical limitations, experience restores will not be immediate, but will be conducted during the next upcoming maintenance period after a service interruption.
