50mp regen per tick in original article was from strength mage with meditation+blue pot+csom+lich robe, not wis 18 mage. If it's wis 18 mage, it'd do more mp regen per tick.
Also it has a lev restriction of 45+.

Well more mp regen rates is good but it really isnt really usefull when its that high. I mean u would spend more time switching sets than u would for regenerating.

50mp is amazing, and mermaid ring would bring it up to 58-64mp if u have 2 of them.. 64mp a tick is amazing, i want!
